This is in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and IT Amendment Act, 2008) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), which prohibit the collection, processing, or publication of personal data without explicit consent and a legitimate purpose.

Publishing personal contact information on a public website without member consent could expose members to unsolicited marketing calls, SMS spam, phishing attempts, and data misuse by third parties. ReSOA ensures that the personal data of its members is used exclusively for association welfare activities and is accessible only to the authorised Committee.

About Honorary Membership

In the unfortunate event of the demise of a registered member, the spouse of the deceased is included as an Honorary Member (No Membership Charges). This follows the SPANDAN Part IV — Honorary Members format. All 23 spouses listed in SPANDAN July 2024 are included below.
